Exercise: activity requiring physical effort, carried out to sustain or improve health and fitness

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to resist the physical activity that is defined as exercise.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to use excuses such as tiredness, lack of time or aches and pains in my legs.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to limit myself to the confines of a office desk between 7AM and 4:30PM.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to eat myself to a place of satisfaction.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to disregard the physical body, which consists of muscles, bones.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to subject myself to the limited confines of my office chair.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to subject myself to the limited confines of my office.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to drain myself of energy, which leads me to feel tired and depressed by the time I get to go home.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to believe in the concept/system that I need a high energy level at the end of the day in order to exercise.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to forget that energy is not real but a passing/fleeting feeling, based upon chemical reactions in my mind and body.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to forget that using the breath as a tool to assist me, in moving through the experience of a low energy feeling as well as a high energy feeling

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to get tired at the office

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to hate myself for getting tired during the day

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to hate my existence when I feel tired or drained

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to hate my work when I feel tired or drained

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to manipulate others around me to pitty me when I am down or depressed

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to get lost in the self pitty/ self loathing mind construct that I have downloaded and installed into my brain

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to hate myself for feeling powerless when I find myself in the position or state of mind as self pitty/ self loathing

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to create and support the feeling of powerlessness within myself

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become powerless as and when I feel tired or depressed

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to blame my tiredness on the work that I perform during the course of the day

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to use work as an excuse to feel depressed/powerless/self pitty

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to use the news as an excuse to feel depressed/powerless/self pitty

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to enable outside forces/outside influences to determine who I am in each and every moment, instead of standing as Life, as One, as Equal as All Life, in each and every moment

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to power up,in the mind, to get ready for the day ahead

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to look for that activity/action/moment in the day that will inspire me/pull me through the day

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to be pulled, like a magnet, towards a certain kind of moment/idea/picture of the day's activities or to do's.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to judge people

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to follow the normal habit of judging ourselves against our fellow human's in order to compare how successful we are or how unsuccessful we are in terms of materialistic possessions/achievements such as the size, model, colour, shape and price of our cars, shoes. jeans, laptops, tv's
