Exercise: activity requiring physical effort, carried out to sustain or improve health and fitness
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to resist the physical activity that is defined as exercise.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to use excuses such as tiredness, lack of time or aches and pains in my legs.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to limit myself to the confines of a office desk between 7AM and 4:30PM.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to eat myself to a place of satisfaction.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to disregard the physical body, which consists of muscles, bones.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to subject myself to the limited confines of my office chair.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to subject myself to the limited confines of my office.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to drain myself of energy, which leads me to feel tired and depressed by the time I get to go home.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to believe in the concept/system that I need a high energy level at the end of the day in order to exercise.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to forget that energy is not real but a passing/fleeting feeling, based upon chemical reactions in my mind and body.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to forget that using the breath as a tool to assist me, in moving through the experience of a low energy feeling as well as a high energy feeling
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to get tired at the office
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to hate myself for getting tired during the day
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to hate my existence when I feel tired or drained
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to hate my work when I feel tired or drained
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to pitty myself when I feel tired or drained

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to use work as an excuse to feel depressed/powerless/self pitty
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to use the news as an excuse to feel depressed/powerless/self pitty
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to enable outside forces/outside influences to determine who I am in each and every moment, instead of standing as Life, as One, as Equal as All Life, in each and every moment
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to power up,in the mind, to get ready for the day ahead
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to look for that activity/action/moment in the day that will inspire me/pull me through the day
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to be pulled, like a magnet, towards a certain kind of moment/idea/picture of the day's activities or to do's.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to judge people
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to follow the normal habit of judging ourselves against our fellow human's in order to compare how successful we are or how unsuccessful we are in terms of materialistic possessions/achievements such as the size, model, colour, shape and price of our cars, shoes. jeans, laptops, tv's

Monday blues
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to participate in the mind construct that is defined as Monday blues.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to manipulate myself and others, into believing that the so called Monday blues exists.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to give power, via believe, that the idea of Monday blues exists.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to use the idea of Monday blues as an excuse to be frustrated, mad, irritated.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to submit myself to the phrase Monday blues.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to believe that it is natural to have the Monday blues as this believe reinforces the idea that I have worked hard today
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to spread the idea of Monday blues around the office environment.

Right, here with a post to assist myself with getting a clear perspective on the economy and more specifically the definition of the word "economy".
The word economics is derived from the Greek words oikos, meaning house and nemein, meaning manage. Economics is thus the science of household management and as such is indeed concerned with the ordinary business of life.
Some definitions of economics as per UNISA text book:
George Lelan Bach - Economics is the study of how our scarce productive resources are used to satisfy human wants.
Karl Case and Ray Fair - Economics is the study of how individuals and societies choose to use the scarce resources that nature and previous generations have produced.
Richard Eckhaus - Economics is the study of how scarce resources are allocated among various uses.
Jack Harvey - Economics is the study of how individuals and groups of individuals respond to and deal with scarcity.
Richard Lipsey - Economics is the study of the use of scarce resources to satisfy human wants.
N Gregory Mankiw - Economics is the study of how society manages its scarce resources.
Campbell McConnell - Economics is concerned with the efficient use or management of limited productive resources to achieve maximum satisfaction of human material wants.
Michael Parkin - Economics is the study of how people use their limited resources to try to satisfy unlimited wants.
Paul Samuelson - Economics is the study of how societies use scarce resources to produce valuable commodities and distribute them among different people.
Joseph Stiglitz - Economics is the study of how individuals, firms, governments and other organizations within our society make choices and how those choices determine how the resources of society are used.
Step 1 - My Previous understanding of the word economics:
To me ecnomincs meant/represented money/wealth/riches and intelligence.
The study of economics to me represented the study of words/concepts to increase a persons personal wealth or income.
Step 2 - Self forgiveness
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to educate myself with the field of study in economics to enrich myself for the sole purpose of only enriching myself no matter the consequences of others well being.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to concern myself with economics in order to elevate myself to higher status in society.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to use economic words/vocabulary around others to make them feel small and insignificant.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to use my mind/my menory muscles to achieve in the field of economics in order to impress teachers/lecturers/parents/family.
Step 3 - Self-Corrective
I allow myself to study the field of economics in order to gain insight and understanding of how corrupt and greedy economists are.
I allow myself to study the field of economics in order to gain insight and understanding of how the money system and structures operate in our society.
I allow myself to gain a clear understanding of the economic problem as which we as a species have allowed and accepted to exist today.
I allow myself to realize that the economic problem is in reality an individual problem to each human being alive - self-interest.
I allow myself to realize that if we did not sell the Limited resources for personal gain but instead cooperated with each other,in a orderly fashion we could have shared the limited resources efficiently in order to meet not our unlimited wants and desires but our limited needs instead.
I allow myself to explore furhter the ideas/principles of oneness and equality in the field of study that is the economy,as what is best for all life.

Starting to blog - 3 Step process/application of self-awareness.
Step 1 - The issue/idea/thought
Starting to write a blog.
I think it is empowering. I think it is cool. I think it is scary because of what could be shared with others that I deem personal.
Step 2 - The self-forgiveness
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to regret waiting many years before I start blogging.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to give myself an ego boost/injection with the idea that "ivan" is cool for participating with blogger.com
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to supress the sense of joy/happyness I have for writing this blog.
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to believe that I am going to be punished for participating here on blogger.com
I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to deny myself/others the pleasure/chance of writing on blogger.com about issues/ideas that have important meaning.
Step 3 - The self-corrective application
I stop myself from participating in the mind,as ego, when and as I experience thoughts running around regarding what I think of other people and therefore what I would think of me(the image I have/stored of myself as "ivan" as life).
I stop myself from judging others as I would have them to appear/look like in my minds eye as a projection or image of what I deem is cool/acceptable.
I allow myself to realize that everybody is one and equal but that because of allowed and accepted believes/behaviors we see each other as separate and unique - within this we create confusion and delusion about what we are as life,as human beings - primarily because of self-interest(survival-ism and ego).
